A beautiful modern piece, the Twinstar has a high end look and feel. It is available in two colors: the cream with gray golden inserts, and the navy brown, a distinct combination of navy blue and espresso brown.

The Twinstar can uplift a modern or eclectic interior. It looks amazing in minimalist interiors and can be easily integrated in marine or coastal designs.

Technical Features

2 Massage Engines

The Twinstar has an advanced design, built to emulate the massage given by two therapists at the same time. It is one of the few dual engine chairs on the market.

All the massage sessions are done using both mechanisms: The 4D Massage Mechanism covers the back up to the neck, with 2 arms and rollers, 3 intensity levels. Plus another 3D Massage Mechanism for the lower back, with 4 rollers.

Since the back mechanism pushes out up to 3 inches, the chair performs intense deep tissue massages.

The massage mechanisms are adjusted to the body of the user every time a massage starts. This is done by a quick scan of the spine. This way the chairs detect the user’s body shape and massages the user in the right areas.

S + L long track

The dual engines slide on a 53” long S+L track. The mechanism can easily follow your spine given the S shape. This makes it the best choice for deep tissue massages and stretching sessions. The L part of the track allows the mechanism to slide under the seat, reaching past the glutes, down to the hamstrings. Hence, a complete massage, a better Zero Gravity position and better spinal decompression.

Airbags

60 airbags cover your entire body. They start from the feet, with multiple airbags for the ankles, feet and calves.

The hips are enfolded by dedicated airbags, a feature found only in premium massage chairs.
A complex system of airbags independently massage different areas of your forearms and hands. A triple cell airbag set embraces the shoulders, while the 4D mechanism pushes out for the deep tissue massage.

Zero Gravity

The zero-gravity position is based on NASA’s research of the ideal body posture, to minimize the pressure and the strain on the spine of the astronauts during launch and re-entry into the atmosphere.

Manufacturers and healthcare professionals started to incorporate this neutral body posture position into products like massage chairs. In the zero gravity position the torso and thighs are at a custom angle, and the legs are slightly elevated.

The Twinstar provides 2 adjustable Zero Gravity positions that can be automatically experienced during the massage programs. The user can tell the chair by a button press to move into zero gravity during the manual massage sessions.

Heat Therapy

Using heat the muscles can be unstiffened and the body flexibility is increased. A much more pleasant massage experience will be felt by turning on the heat functions.

The Twinstar massage chair has two heated areas – the back and waist and the calves/feet. By using carbon fiber heating, the chair is quickly heated to a pleasant, constant level.

Reflexology / Foot Massage

The inflated airbags cover the lower leg and feet like a boot. You can feel the ankle being massaged by the dedicated inflating and deflating air pillows.

The soles are fully massaged by variable speed rollers with infrared heating. The foot massager can extend up to 8″ to accommodate taller people.

You can use some of the special automatic massage programs or just manually focus on the foot massage.

Hip and Waist massage, Stretch feature

Hips are massaged using dedicated airbags, large enough to accommodate any body type.

Combining the two 4D and 3D roller mechanisms, the hips and waists can be massaged at the same as the back/neck area. This is a very pleasant feeling that cannot be achieved by single engine chairs.

Multiple stretching programs are designed to engage specific muscle groups, from the feet up to the back. Stretching puts the emphasis on airbags for spinal decompression, hip and waist stretching and legs stretching. These stretching programs are popular with people that exercise or athletes that need warmups or cooldowns.

Controls

The Twinstar 7 inch Tablet remote control has a beautifully designed interface and complete granular control for all the functions and settings.

Controls are usually the Achile’s heel for massage chairs. Most of them have hard to use interfaces and too little adjustment options. This is not the case with the Twinstar!

The tablet offers information about each massage session, shows the area being massaged and the real time movement area for the mechanisms. At the same time, everything can be adjusted on the fly: 4D intensity, width, speed, heat, zero gravity etc. Even manual programs are very easy to set up and adjust. The tablet is positioned on the right arm of the chair, with a fixed support, and it can be detached.

On the left arm of the chair you will find a beautiful knob that is a quick controller. By moving it with your fingertips you can jump from one massage session to another one, pause or start/shut down the chair.

A wireless charging station is integrated in the right arm of the Twinstar, to be able to easily charge your phone while taking a massage.

Multi Sensory Massage

Every adjustment or command is softly prompted over the speaks by the Smart Voice Guide. The stereo Bluetooth Speakers can be used as regular wireless speakers from your phone or music player. They have an output of 60 decibels.

Next to the left side speaker there is a negative ionizer that produces “fresh air ions,” molecules or atoms with an extra electron, giving them a negative electric charge. These ions are abundant in natural environments, especially in outdoor settings, and they have several potential benefits when inhaled or experienced. Negative ions are believed to contribute to air purification by attaching to and neutralizing positively charged particles in the air, such as dust, allergens, and pollutants, which can lead to improved air quality and may be particularly beneficial for individuals with respiratory issues.

Next to the right speaker there is an aromatherapy set that can be activated to diffuse scents for a pleasant olfactory experience.

Upholstery

The Twinstar is upholstered with PVC leather. PV is chosen because of its antimicrobial properties, breathability and great flexibility. Synthetic leather is also very easy to properly maintain, as it is the only part of the chair that requires cleaning.

Unlike animal leather, synthetic leather does not crack after intense contact with the massaging mechanisms. The areas most prone to wearout are covered in a synthetic fabric.
