The massage engine of the Athletic Pro is a classical 3D mechanism with 4 silicone rollers and independently moving arms. The mechanism moves up/down and left/right and it has adjustable control for width, intensity and speed of rollers. The in/out movement is negative, done by the pressure of the user’s body weight.

An automatic detection of the user’s body shape is done before each massage. This calibration is done by the massage mechanism, scanning up/down the back of the user. It allows the chair to massage the correct points and adjust the choreography to the height of the user.

The massage engine slides on a long S+L shaped track. The S-shape part of the track makes the massage rollers to easily follow your spine, from the neck down to the lumbar. For deep tissue massages and stretching this is the best shape.

The L-track allows for the entire massage mechanism to pass underneath the seat, reaching the glutes and hamstrings. It offers better spinal decompression and better Zero Gravity position.

The 26 progressively inflating airbags provide the pressure needed for an intense massage. They are fixed, positioned at the shoulder level, hands and legs.

The shoulders are embraced by the airbags. Each hand is massaged by an independent airbag. At the lower leg level there is a set of airbags, and another one to fully cover the feet.
